TCL Communications to take over the source of Wang Fei as CEO

TCL Communication (02618, HK) yesterday announced that the source of Wang Fei will take over as chief executive officer (CEO).  In the Nov. 14, there are market rumors that Liu Fei, TCL Communication will be leaving the post of CEO.

 Notice that, in order to cope with the international business environment and market changes, the company restructured business will be divided into TCL and Alcatel brand business brand business in two parts.  As the sales and profits in accordance with the terms, Alcatel is currently a higher proportion of branded business.  In order to be able to Liu Fei, executive director of focused effort Foreign Exchange on the Alcatel brand management business, the company's board of directors decided that an executive director, to replace Wang Fei as the source of TCL Communication Chief Executive Officer duties, Liu Fei still remain executive director of TCL Communications, Alcatel is also the brand Business Director.  The proposed adjustments will be on November 18, 2008 came into effect.
