 APEC Business Advisory Council in November 1995 in Osaka, Japan formally established in 1993, grew out of the establishment of the Pacific Business Forum.  Its main task is to APEC trade and investment liberalization, economic and technological cooperation as well as the creation of a favorable business environment, with suggestions to the leaders and submitted to the Ministerial Advisory report.
